Charoula Matthaiou is a Project Manager at the NGO Support Centre (NGO SC).
NGO SC is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit organisation established in 1999 and dedicated to the development and strengthening of civil society in Cyprus.
Charoula joined the NGO SC team in October 2023. She has previously worked in research and project implementation in the academic and civil society sector and was responsible for the implementation of a number of EU and national projects in the fields of health, education, human rights and active citizenship. Charoula is responsible for project implementation and administration for a selection of projects the NGO SC implements; for the effective management and monitoring of third-party projects funded; for the Centre’s advocacy work, and overall coordination of civil society support, including capacity-building activities.
