Iliyana Nikolova, Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation Bulgaria

Iliyana Nikolova is Executive Director of the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation in Bulgaria, which encourages philanthropy and provides funding and other resources to civic organizations to develop their capacities and communities.

By her leadership, Iliyana guides the organisation in supporting initiatives and ideas, which promote social development as a democratic practice and create positive practical changes in communities. To achieve this goal, Iliyana and her team also strive to involve people and organizations in joint actions and knowledge exchange on developmental problems and strategic challenges for the civil society in Bulgaria.
