Two new initiatives registered

On 25 November 2025 the Commission registered two European citizens' initiatives: 

• the  ‘EU Stars On My Passport (STAR-PASS)’  initiative, inviting the Commission ‘to facilitate the introduction by the EU Member States of an additional option for the cover design of passports'.
• the ‘Demand the full suspension of the EU-Israel Association Agreement in view of Israel’s violations of human rights’  initiative, calling on the Commission ‘to put forward the proposal to the Council for the full suspension of the EU-Israel Association Agreement’.  

The initiative organisers have six months to open the signature collection.
