Submission of the collected statements of support to Member States for verification - who is data controller?
When you collect statements of support using the Commission’s central online collection system, the submission of statements of support is operated directly by the Commission through its file exchange service.
The submission is covered by a relevant joint controllership agreement.
When you collect statements of support on paper you may choose to submit them either
- by your own means – please check the security recommendations or
- via the Commission’s file exchange service. In this case the submission is operated under the relevant joint controllership agreement.
